Who we are

The Blue Cross Founation has been set up to be an organization that sets itself a yearly goal. This task is selected to be of aid to a group of people, the community itself or a single perpose every year.

2006
In the Year 2006 we have been actively involved with the promotion and implementation of defibrillators in the public domain. Creating acces to this kind of equipment in public areas has proven to be a life saver in many occasions.

2007
The task ahead of us is of bigger importance nowadays. The world is divided. People argue, get into wars, fight amongst eachtother and thereby spend their money on weaponery. Meanwhile a large group of people who share the planet with us, amongst them many yuong children, are still hungry, and die because of malnutricion.

So we set out on a new mission.
Instead of calling out to the public, we're rallying corporations, institutions and government colelctives. We're not asking anyone for money.
All we do is being creative. Thinking about tools, instruments and ideas. Making plans that are both beneficial to those we bring the ideas, but mainly ideas that wil help people who are in need. Those that are living on streets. Those who are in need of immediate aid.

How?
We are working with a group of people who have tha ability and capability to act. We know who to turn to when an idea takes shape.
Currently our efforts are focussed on emphasising the importance of Fair Trade. We think about what steps can be taken on the short term to have an impact in the long run.

 

Why?
In present time, it makes no sense, with current technology, current economic levels that wealth and prosparity is divided the way it is. It's time for a world where there's water and food for everyone.
